After speaking with some owners, I believe an amendment must be made to our 4th Quarter Gameplay Rules (Amendment in Red):

• On 4th Down…
You may go for it on 4th Down when:
* Anytime when trailing by 21+ points
* When it is 4th and 1 or less AND in your opponent’s territory
* In the fourth quarter and either tied or trailing

Boom! There's the change.
